Anyone who supports the goals of the HBOC Society is eligible for membership.  As a member you will:
 

 - receive the quarterly newsletter, "Gene Scene";

- be eligible to run for office on the Board of Directors and have
  voting rights;

- be notified of education seminars, monthly peer support group
  meetings, social events and all other meetings of the HBOC
  Society; and

- have borrowing privileges at the HBOC  Society Library.

- receive preferred rates at HBOC events.
 

 The HBOC Society is supported financially by public and corporate donations, memorial donations, membership fees, fundraising activities and grants for special projects.
